Software License Agreement

This License is a legal agreement between AVee Soft and you for AVee Screen Recorder. By proceeding to install AVee Screen Recorder, and in consideration of your use of the AVee Screen Recorder, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the terms of this License. AVee Soft permits you to use AVee Screen Recorder only in accordance with the terms of this License and your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with the terms of this License.

Product License

In consideration of your agreeing to abide by the terms of this License and subject to your compliance with the terms of this License, AVee Soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AVee Screen Recorder.

Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Rent, lease, sublicense or assign AVee Screen Recorder or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.
  2. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from AVee Screen Recorder.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make derivative works based on AVee Screen Recorder.

Intellectual Property Rights

AVee Screen Recorder is the intellectual property of AVeeSoft and is protected by law. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in AVee Screen Recorder anywhere in the world belong to AVee Soft, that rights in AVee Screen Recorder are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the AVee Screen Recorder other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this License.

Free and open source software included within the Software are identified in Appendix I to this Agreement, entitled "Open Source Software". AVee Soft does not claim any right to any of the open-source software.

Warranty Disclaimer

AVEE SCREEN RECORDER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF AVEE SCREEN RECORDER.

Free and open source softwares included within the Software are identified in Appendix I to this Agreement, entitled "Open Source Software". AVee Soft does not claim any right on any of the open source softwares.

Limitation of Liability

AVEE SOFT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR OF INABILITY TO USE AVEE SCREEN RECORDER.

Subscription

If you have purchased a Subscription plan of our "AVee Screen Recorder", your subscription period will start from the day of purchase. Before the end of the Subscription period, you will be offered the choice to extend your Subscription automatically for successive time periods.

Return/Refund/Cancellation

We offer a 30 day full money-back gurantee on "AVee Screen Recorder". If you have successfully purchased "AVee Screen Recorder" and later want refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will cancel your purchase and refund 100% of the price which you paid. Our support team may ask for a reason for refund to resolve technical problems and improve our product.

General

AVee Soft may License updates to you with additional or different terms. AVee Soft is not bound to provide any updates.

This License is the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings or advertising relating to AVee Screen Recorder and you acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License.

Appendix I: Open Source Software

AVee Screen Recorder uses FFmpeg which is developed by FFmpeg developers. FFmpeg project can be found at http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win32/static/ffmpeg-20130621-git-8cdea50-win32-static.7z AVee Soft has no rights on FFmpeg.
